Overview

Delve offers multiple game modes to suit different playstyles and challenges. Each mode has unique restrictions, benefits, and rates that affect your gameplay experience. You choose your game mode during the tutorial and it cannot be changed later, so choose carefully!

• Description: Experience the classic Delve adventure with a 50x experience rate.

Rogue Mode

A more challenging experience with slower progression but better drop rates.

• Starting Gear: Leather armor, shortbow, and bronze arrows
• Description: Enjoy a hard gamemode with a 5x experience rate and a bonus 10% drop rate boost.

Ironman Mode

For players seeking a self-sufficient gameplay experience.

• XP Rate: 50x
• Drop Rate Boost: None
• Starting Gear: Ironman-specific armor
• Restrictions:
  • Cannot trade with other players
  • Cannot receive PK loot
  • Cannot pick up other players' drops
  • Cannot stake
• Description: Embrace the challenge where trading, staking, receiving PK loot, or scavenging dropped items is not possible.

Hardcore Ironman Mode

The ultimate challenge for skilled players seeking risk.

• XP Rate: 50x
• Drop Rate Boost: None
• Starting Gear: Hardcore Ironman-specific armor
• Restrictions: Same as Ironman, plus:
  • Only one life - dangerous death converts account to standard Ironman
• Description: This mode adds to the Iron Man challenge by offering only one life. A dangerous death converts the account to a standard Iron Man.

Ultimate Ironman Mode

For players seeking the most extreme self-sufficient challenge.

• XP Rate: 50x
• Drop Rate Boost: None
• Starting Gear: Ultimate Ironman-specific armor
• Restrictions: Same as Ironman, plus:
  • No access to banking
• Description: Elevate the Iron Man challenge by restricting the use of banks, in addition to the standard Iron Man rules.

Rogue Hardcore Ironman Mode

A twist on the Hardcore Ironman experience with altered rates.

• Drop Rate Boost: 12%
• Starting Gear: Hardcore Ironman-specific armor
• Restrictions: Same as Hardcore Ironman
• Description: A hardcore twist on standard ironman mode with a 5x experience rate and a 12% drop rate boost. Transforms into Rogue Ironman upon death.

Group Ironman Mode

Play as a team while maintaining the Ironman challenge.

• XP Rate: 50x
• Drop Rate Boost: None
• Starting Gear: Ironman-specific armor
• Special Features:
  • Form a group with other players
  • Trade and share resources with group members only
• Description: Enter a specialized area to select and play with a group in Ironman mode. This version allows trading and sharing resources among group members.

OSRS Mode

The authentic Old School RuneScape experience with boosted drop rates.

• XP Rate: 1x
• Drop Rate Boost: 18%
• Starting Gear: Mixed bronze/iron/leather equipment
• Description: A truly OSRS-like experience with the default experience rate but a massive bonus in drop rate. No further limitations.
